Democracy Dies successful Darkness

The somewhat tart, spicy chickenhearted turns mellow erstwhile simmered successful coconut milk. Serve with jasmine rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chickenhearted bosom halves, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 limes (grated zest and juice)
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cupful unsweetened coconut beverage (preferably afloat fat)
  • 4 teaspoons food sauce
  • 6 to 8 scallions, some achromatic and light-green parts, chopped into 1-inch shreds
  • 1/2 cupful chopped cilantro
