This steak taco crockery features boldly seasoned portion steak, a tart and creamy avocado dressing, crisp romaine lettuce, and crunchy tortilla chips. The dressing is akin to a thinned-out guacamole, with loads of caller lime foodstuff and cilantro. Finish the crockery with the toppings of your prime to marque it your own.

Ingredients

For the steak

  • 1/2 spoon chili powder
  • 1/2 spoon crushed cumin
  • 1/2 spoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 spoon good salt
  • 1/2 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1 lb skirt steak, patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil, specified arsenic canola oregon peanut

For the avocado dressing

  • Flesh of 1 ample ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cupful chopped caller cilantro leaves and tender stems
  • 1/4 cupful caller lime foodstuff (from 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cupful water, positive much arsenic needed
  • 1/4 spoon good salt

For the salad

  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts (10 ounces total), chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups tortilla chips (2 ounces), crushed
  • Cooked beans, maize kernels, pickled jalapeño slices, shredded oregon crumbled cheese, halved grape oregon cherry tomatoes, oregon different toppings of your choice, for serving
