  • 1/4 cupful (scant 1 ounce) desiccated coconut oregon different unsweetened dried coconut flakes
  • 1 spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 spoon granulated sugar
  • Cooked rice, plain yogurt, greens oregon vegetables (fresh, cooked oregon pickled), for serving
