A memo sent retired by the Department of Interior connected Nov. 25 reiterates Sec. Doug Burgum’s Order 3416, which instructs the implementation of President Donald Trump’s Executive Order (EO) connected eliminating diversity-related programs and addressing sex ideology.

National Park Service (NPS) units are instructed to marque definite each retail items comply by Dec. 19.

The secretary’s bid follows the Executive Order (EO), titled "Ending DEI Programs and Gender Ideology Extremism," signed by President Trump. 

An Interior Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital that to comply with this order, NPS is conducting a reappraisal of the retail items it sells.

"The extremity is to support nationalist parks focused connected their halfway mission: preserving earthy and taste resources for the payment of each Americans," said the spokesperson.

Retail items are considered "public-facing content," making them taxable to the order.

If items are identified arsenic "non-compliant," they "must beryllium removed from merchantability immediately," the memo says.
