Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chickenhearted bosom halves
  • Water
  • 4 full achromatic peppercorns
  • 1/4 cupful olive oil
  • 1/2 cupful walnut halves
  • 1 mean reddish doorbell pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped into 1/4-inch dice (about 1 cup)
  • 1 spoon dried oregano
  • 1 spoon dried basil
  • 1 14- to 15-ounce tin artichoke hearts, drained and chopped successful half
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoonful freshly squeezed citrus juice
  • 1 tablespoonful reddish vino vinegar
  • 1 mean clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 spoon sugar
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1/4 spoon freshly crushed achromatic pepper
  • 4 cups to 6 cups mixed greens
