Former NFL subordinate Josh Mauro died from a cause overdose, the California Post reported, citing the Maricopa County Medical Examiner.

The Post said that Mauro died from "acute combined fentanyl, cocaine, and ethanol intoxication."

Mauro's decease was ruled accidental, the outlet added.
