2 chickenhearted bouillon cubes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoonful ail powder
1 ample clove garlic, chopped into bladed slices
1 mean onion, chopped into quarters
1 ample rib celery, finely chopped
1 lb cooked smoked andouille, specified arsenic Hillshire Farm brand, chopped crosswise into bladed slices and past into half-moons
8 cups to 10 cups cooked long-grain achromatic rice
