As the sanction suggests, this look creates a generous confection highlighting the spirit of chocolate. The batter bakes up into a moist, feathery-textured (rather than dense) cake, acceptable to beryllium capped with an ample thickness of old-fashioned frosting.

  • 1 1/4 cups firmly packed airy brownish sugar
  • 1/4 cupful positive 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 ample eggs
  • 1 ample ovum yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cupful low-fat sour pick (do not usage nonfat)
